1. NOVOTV materials

The NOVOTV name, logo, application design, source code, original texts and visual elements are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

2. Media content

NOVOTV does not provide or host media content. Content displayed through the application originates from independent third-party services selected by the user.

3. User obligation

Users must only use services and content for which they have lawful access and usage rights.

4. Infringement notices

If you believe NOVOTV systems or website infringe an intellectual property right, send a detailed notice to admin@novotv.tv.

Contact information for the rights holder or authorised representative.
Description of the protected work.
Location of the relevant page, file or material.
A good-faith statement regarding the accuracy of the claim.

5. Third-party disputes

Claims concerning content supplied by independent media providers should first be directed to the relevant service provider.
