NOVOTV is an independent media player. It does not provide, sell or host television channels, movies, series, streaming packages, subscriptions or other media content.

1. Available rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding your personal data.

2. Sending a request

Send your request to admin@novotv.tv with the subject “Data Request”.

A clear description of your request.
The relevant NOVOTV device identifier or pairing information.
An email address where you can be contacted.
Limited information needed to verify your identity, where required.

3. Do not share sensitive data

Do not send passwords, payment card details or identity documents that are unnecessary for verification.

4. Identity verification

Reasonable verification information may be requested before fulfilling a request to prevent unauthorised disclosure.

5. Response and retention

Requests are reviewed within periods required by applicable law. Request records may be retained as necessary for security and legal obligations.
