By using the NOVOTV application or related services, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of the service

NOVOTV is an independent media player that enables users to connect to their own authorised media service.

NOVOTV does not provide, sell or host channels, streaming packages, subscriptions or media content.

3. User responsibilities

• Have the right to use the connected service and content.
• Protect account and connection credentials.
• Use the application in accordance with law and third-party rights.
• Do not access unauthorised, unlawful or infringing content.

4. Third-party services

Servers and media services accessed through NOVOTV are operated by independent third parties. Their availability, content, security and policies are outside NOVOTV’s control.

5. Activation and availability

Some features may require device activation. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security or mandatory updates.

6. Prohibited use

• Attempting to bypass security or reverse engineer the application.
• Using the service for malware, automated attacks or abuse.
• Obtaining unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
• Infringing copyright or other legal rights.

7. Intellectual property

The NOVOTV brand, design, software and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. Users receive only a limited right for personal and lawful use.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided as available. Continuous operation, compatibility with third-party services or fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, NOVOTV is not responsible for harm caused by third-party services or unlawful user activity.

9. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated. Access may be restricted in cases of serious breach, security risk or legal obligation.
